一：维护与保养篇
说到维护与保养，大家的第一印象是啥？机油更换？我想，如果由我来介绍的话，由此谈起挺不错的。
如果你不打算自己买工具的话(在外打工租房者)，你一般是怎么寻找汽修店的？
根据威胁模型，你的换油周期是有一个最佳经济值的。对我来说，结合实践，包括了实际路况、驾驶条件等后的该值，我自己都仍在探索之中（对我来说，我的第一辆车(初驾)与探索等价）
如果你对于你所居住的区域不太熟悉，那么，这个东西就是你的必备之物了(客户反馈、市场竞争调节优存劣汰)
当然，该博文还能够用于医疗、衣食住行、教育、etc.等各个方面
如果你不是“本地人”的话：）
然后，你的驾驶习惯咋样？我认识一个人，但出于礼节，我只会谈及相关的没有冒犯的内容，而暂时不放友链等东西。
电脑和汽车，是“现代人类”生活中比较昂贵且有折腾价值的“两大件”。前者是这个时代的产物，而后者的问世，却已有一定时间了。
如果以Mechatronics(机电一体化)为灵感的话，其实它们是不分家的（哥哥照顾弟弟）
以上是一些关于“理工”方面的内容，但如果谈及“人文”的话，我还打算借鉴一下一些我所认识的“自主创业者”的经验教训（其实我的当前博文即为我的一份“自主创业”尝试）
这份灵感，也源自于刚刚我所提到的另外一位博主。

回复删除TIPS FOR THE 49cc 4 STROKE SCOOTER YOU MUST DO BEFORE RIDING THE SCOOTER FOR THE FIRST TIME:
The scooter engine will need to be filled with 4-Stroke Oil 10w-30 when you first get it. If you use synthetic oil it will run a little bit smoother and faster. THERE IS NO OIL IN YOUR MOTOR. This is the first thing you must do is fill this compartment with 10W30OIL. There is a oil cap you unscrew & add the oil here & fill it to almost the top. This black cap is located under and behind the pull start. Also, on top of the transmission by the engine sprocket, there is a silver bolt cap. This is where your Synthetic Gear Oil goes. We use a 75–90 weight scooter gear oil by Havoline. (Do not fill all the way up, just make sure the gears are coated.) It will have a little in there for testing purposes in our factory, but not much. It is good to top this off also when you get the scooter. We recommend using 91 octane gas. 87 octane will work, but for better performance & to keep your engine free of ethanol build up we recommend you use 91 octane gas. YOU MUST FILL THE OIL COMPARTMENT ON THE ENGINE ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP WHEN YOU FIRST GET IT OR YOU CAN RISK LOCKING UP THE ENGINE. WHEN PUTTING OIL IN LIFT THE BACK END UP TO GET IN MORE OIL
GAS TANK ASSEMBLY:
The correct way to install the tank is put the front tank bracket behind the frame and just barely hand tight on the bolt and nut. The back tank bracket goes in front of the metal frame and once again hand tight the bolt and nut. Then you can go back and tighten both. I attached a picture with illustration of these instructions. You need us to email you pictures of this process send us an email to sales@scooterwholesales.com and ask for tank mounting pictures & we will email u.
OPEN THE DECK AND LOOK UNDER IT WHEN YOU FIRST GET YOUR SCOOTER. THIS IS WHERE YOUR PULL START ASSEMBLY WILL BE THAT YOU HAVE TO ATTACH TO THE MOTOR WITH THE 3 SMALL SCREWS & YOU WILL FIND YOUR REAR WHEEL FENDER UNDER THE DECK. REMINDER NOT TO OVER TIGHT YOUR 3 PULL START SCREWS, IF YOU DID THE PULL START WILL NOT RETRACT BECAUSE IT IS TOO TIGHT, YOU THEN JUST START UNSCREWING THE 3 PULL START SCREWS TO LOOSEN THEM UP SOME THEN THE PULL START WILL RETRACT. Little PAST SNUG IS THE BEST FOR THE SCREWS.

删除WHEN YOUR MOTOR IS BROKEN IN AFTER A FEW RIDES AND IF IT IS WARM OUTSIDE YOU PROBABLY WILL HAVE TO PUT THE CHOKE OFF (which is lever needs to be down) TO START THE SCOOTER. WARM OUTSIDE AND BROKEN IN MOTOR A LOT OF TIME YOUR SCOOTER WILL NOT START WITH THE CHOKE ON, (Up position) SO IF YOU CANNOT START YOUR SCOOTER WITH CHOKE LEVER IN THE UP POSITION, PRIME YOUR CARB. BULB ABOUT 7 TIMES, PUT CHOKE ARM IN THE DOWN POSITION TO TURN THE CHOKE OFF, THEN START YOUR SCOOTER.
Take the scooter and set it on a box or tool bench after you assemble it. There is a screw adjustment on the carburetor called the RPM or torque screw. It is the Phillips head screw that is on the side of the carb. towards the top. If you look into the hole next to the white choke arm lever, you will see this silver Phillips head screw. This screw can be turned clockwise to increase the torque and take off speed and to raise the RPM of the engine, but don’t turn it more then 1-2 complete turns, if you do then you will flood the engine & engine will stall when u give it gas. Please start the engine with the choke arm in the up position (N) & let it warm up then put it in the down position before turning this screw clockwise. The engine comes very low tuned off the assembly line at the factory, so I recommend turning this screw about 1-3 times clockwise while the scooter is on, so you can hear when it starts to idle a little bit louder. The louder it idles the more take off power it will have. This is up to you on how you like your scooter to run. You can play with this RPM setting until you get your perfect setting. However, you can’t over turn it otherwise it will rev to high & flood the scooter, so don’t over tune it or u will have to turn it back counterclockwise until it doesn’t stall anymore.
When you install your gas tank you will see 2 gas lines coming from the gas tank. The gas line that goes to the bottom of the tank is the gas in line, which goes on the bigger, rigged carburetor valve stem. The other line is your gas return line, which goes on the smaller, smooth valve stem. Both stems are located on the bottom of the carburetor. Also, make sure the rear fender does not touch the chain or tire. You can turn this fender with your hand a little bit to the left or right to get it away from the chain & tire. Once you get it in the perfect spot then tighten the nuts to hold the fender in the spot securely.

删除To start scooter the easiest follow these directions on HOW TO USE THE PULL START CORRECTLY & never to break your pull start. If you follow this tip you will make your pull start last almost forever without ever breaking it & this tip make it start faster. Prime the ball on the carburetor 5 times. Then make sure choke is in the up position & then pull the pull start out with a quick short pull & hold the rope at the top & hold for 2 seconds & let back in slowly (don’t let it snap back in), then repeat this a couple times. If doesn’t start by 4th pull give the scooter some gas as you give it a couple more pull starts, this usually does the trick. If cold outside or scooter has not ran in awhile it will take longer to start. Just remember to do short quick pulls on the rope (don’t over pull past the length of the rope) 7 hold it at the top for a couple seconds then let is slowly retract back in, then repeat.
Other then the carburetor adjustment screw, read the tips below that will affect the speed and take off power of this scooter. Below these tips are more engine troubleshooting tips if your scooter is not starting or running correctly. THANKS!!
THINGS THAT WILL LOWER YOUR SPEED AND TAKE OFF POWER OTHER THEN CARBURATOR SETTINGS:
You have friction or low tire pressure or tight chain.
You must make sure the front & back brake pads are touching the disc rotors on the wheels very tight, because this will decrease speed & range. Make sure you can turn the front and back wheel easily with your hand. If it is hard to turn this means your brake pads are rubbing and you need to retract the pads in the brake caliber. Just loosen the nut where the brake cable is attached to on the arm of the brake caliber. When you loosen the nut the brake cable will slide thru, as it slides thru the pads retract. Then tighten the nut to hold cable again in the correct desired spot you want the pads to start at. IF YOU NEED HELP WITH THIS EMAIL US & ASK FOR OUR 2 SHORT VIDEOS ON HOW TO ADJUST THE BRAKES.
Make sure the chain has medium to firm tension. A tight chain will kill speed and climbing power.
Tires need to be filled to 40psi. Anything lower then 40psi will slow down the scooter. There is a black inner tube valve stem extender in the tool kit that you use to go through the holes on the sprocket, which allows you to fill the tires up without taking off the tire. Screw the bigger end onto the valve stem very tightly until you cannot turn it anymore (about 18-20 turns), then the smaller end
will attach to the tire pump. Your scooter will come with the tires only about 20psi due to they were built about 3 months ago & this is the last time they were filled, so you will need to pump them up to 40psi when you get the scooter in order to get proper take off & top end speed.
Spray wd40 or silicon spray on bearings, axels and chain to relieve friction for more speed.

删除4-stroke scooter starting tips. Turn the silver phillips Idle screw on the carb. 1 complete time clockwise to tune it up some. Press prime ball on bottom of carb about 8 times . Then pull start rope and hold it at the top and slowly retract. When you pull the rope, twist the throttle on the handlbars at the same time. Should start in 2-4 pulls. Choke arm has to be in the up position to start. Then let it warm up and then put choke arm down in the down position to take off. Also, make sure before you ever start the scooter you fill the oil compartment up with 10w40 oil. It will not start or run without the oil compartment full of oil. Lastly make sure you take off the front air filter black cover so you see the carburator. There is 2 bolts that hold on the carb. Make sure both those bolts are tight , if not it can lose compression and not start.

ENGINE TROUBLE SHOOTING TIPS:
Make sure your gas lines are not pinched in the gas tank near the rubber round fitting where they slide thru on the gas tank, or anywhere on the scooter leading up to the carburator. Check to make sure the gas lines are not twisted blocking fuel to the carb. If you prime the carb. and no gas is filling in the prime bubble then your lines need to be untwisted and unlbocked.
Make sure your spark plug is screwed on tight and the cap is on the plug tight. Take off the spark plug and make sure the back of the spark plug is clean. If black then clean it with sandpaper, then spray a wd 40 or carburetor cleaner on it and wipe it with a rag. Let it dry before putting it back on the engine. Also make sure the back of the spark plug gap is a .020 on a spark plug gapper gauge. If it is gapped more than .030 it will not start as this gap is too big.

删除If your kill switch button got damaged in shipping OR it is not plugged in tight to the red and black wires coming off the engine this will keep it from starting, so follow the wire from the kill switch button to the engine (it connects right behind the seat post stem) and unplug it. This will allow the engine to start if your kill switch is not working correctly, which will cause it not to start. If you completely unhook the kill switch from the motor the engine should start telling you that you need a new kill switch. A broken kill switch will keep engine from starting, but engine will start if you unplug the red and black wires to the engine.
If your scooter is having a hard time starting or stalls out after a minute of running then check the manifold behind the carburetor. It is a small black piece that is in between the engine block and the carb. Sometimes during shipping this piece can crack. If there is any crack in this part it will affect the starting ability of the scooter and make sure the 2 bolts screwing the manifold to the engine are tight along with the carb. bolts. Any loose screw can cause the engine to lose compression, which will result in starting problems and loss of power when started.
There is a gasket located behind the carb. and in front of the manifold. Make sure this gasket is not blocking the very small fuel hole on the back of the carb. You can take a razor blade and make the hole a little bigger on the gasket to insure it is not blocking the fuel hole. Also, make sure your 2 bolts that hold on the carborator are nice and tight so no compression is lost.
Make sure your choke arm is in the up position (N) when you start the scooter. Let it warm up for a few minutes then put it in the down position to take off. If you leave it in the up position the scooter will stall when you take off.
Make sure you have a tiny hole in your gas cap so it can breathe, like a small nail size hole in the middle of the cap will work. Also try taking off the gas cap and start it. this will tell you if your tiny breathing hole is clogged or not. Tank has to breathe or it will not start. Also make sure you are twisting the throttle as your pull the pull start. This will help to start.

(话语其本身占不占理，这一层面上的重要性远可抵消身份冒充方面的风险，因为即使是我自己，也会有犯错的时候——前进的方向如何，才是核心)
其实，我在这篇博文里面所描述的内容，即使是反向来操作的话，即把诉求和途径颠倒一下，从操作上来说，是完全可行的
